Telephonos is a growing social media network that is looking for a talented Advertising & Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth and expand our user base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising and sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Telephonos.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute advertising and sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Telephonos.
Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business opportunities.
Manage relationships with existing clients and advertisers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Telephonos’ target audience and market trends.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to develop new advertising products and solutions.
Create sales presentations and pitch materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Telephonos to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in advertising or sales, preferably in the social media or digital marketing space.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective advertising and sales solutions.
Experience managing and growing client relationships.
Pay and Benefits Structure:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus a generous commission structure that rewards exceptional performance.
